VP of People and Philanthropy
Dan Dahlke is the Vice President of People and Philanthropy at Aspire, a leading Chicago area non-profit that helps kids and adults with developmental disabilities be included in schools, workplaces and neighborhoods. Aspire’s motto is “Together, We’re Better.” Dan oversees Aspire’s growing social enterprise, Aspire CoffeeWorks. In partnership with Metropolis Coffee Company, Aspire CoffeeWorks employs a team of adults with disabilities who help label and pack the coffee. In addition, 100% of the net proceeds fund crucial programs and services at Aspire. It’s incredible coffee that does incredible good!
