Coffee Trader, Sustainable Supply Chains
Kat has dedicated her career to improving economic opportunity for African smallholder farmers. She has worked in coffee quality & preparation, trading & finance, international business advising, and green coffee supply chain development. She specializes in East African coffee. She currently trades coffee for Sucafina and recently opened their West Coast office & quality lab in Seattle. Kat serves as the Chair for the Sustainability Advisory Council to the Specialty Coffee Association.
