Laura leads Chartwells wellness, sustainability and culinary innovation for our dining teams across the country. Her focus has been to integrate better meal choices, with classic favorites and innovative flavors so students have more flexibility to meet their individual needs. Laura is a registered dietitian and a graduate of the University of Kentucky. She has completed additional education on organizational sustainability through Harvard Business School and is pursuing ISSP-SA certification.
